Salil Ravindran is a global finance transformation leader with over 25 years of experience across industries such as Technology, Telecommunications, Metals, Insurance, and Consulting. As the founder and Managing Partner, he is currently the Consulting CFO of most of our clients.
Over the past ten years, he has served as Global CFO for US-headquartered companies, overseeing finance across 35+ countries. His expertise spans fundraising, corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and finance transformation, and currently advise clients on these critical areas while serving as a Consulting CFO for several companies. He is currently also a board member of Proaegis, a finance transformation company.
Salil has led significant projects, including a $1.5 billion acquisition, transition of global finance operations to India, managed Wall Street expectations, and provided exits for shareholders in his last three jobs. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards, such as the Top 100 CFOs in India, Top CFO in New Jersey, CA Achiever Award, and Stevie Awards for Investor Relations.
In addition to his professional work, Salil is passionate about promoting financial literacy and have taught at leading management institutes. Outside of finance, he enjoys exploring liberal arts, Indian classical music, fitness, and wildlife photography.
